Stopped workng after 10 months. Ran water all over the kitchen. Pulled it out to take back to store. They would not take it back. After a week, finally able to speak with a rude employee who stated they would fix it, but not refund me for it. I said it was removed and will not be re-intstalled in my kitchen. Nothing but crickets from them since then.

I have only used this dishwasher a handful of times in the past few months I've owned it because it's worthless. It stays on for a few hours and on the dry setting. Dishes don't get cleaned and still drenched in water after I've let it sit through the dry setting. It's worthless and as much as I hate washing dishes I'd rather do it by hand than spend my money on a high electric bill for something that isn't even getting the job done.

I have had the dishwasher for a year and a couple of months... It is already broken. It does not heat up anymore or dry dishes. Everything is always soaking wet after it is done. Need to buy a new dishwasher again...

Looks good but that's about it. Don't dry so don't' waste the extra time. If you watch the newsletters, it tells you how to load your dishwasher that's the problem but after loading a dishwasher for over 30 years that still dried, I am pretty sure it's the dishwasher. Glad to know I am not alone with this problem.

We have had different technicians come out to look at our Amana dishwasher and nothing has been solved. This dishwasher has been nothing but a waste of time and money. This dishwasher came with our new house so unfortunately, we couldn™™t pick a different brand. The dishwasher doesn™™t dry at all, heat produced but dishes are still dripping wet (Yuck) at the end of the cycle. Also, we are not happy with how much water remains after the cycle is complete or how we manually dried the interior to avoid mold and mildew issues.
First Visit tech ordered a new switchboard and came back to install part, also recommended that we turn on the sink hot water before running dishwasher, and used the recommended detergent and rinse aid he mention, and we still end up having to hand-dry every dish to avoid mold possibilities.
Obviously, that didn't work. The SECOND visit tech came out and ran the dishwasher cycles to see if the heating element was working and basically said everything checked out fine and there was nothing more he could do. It™™s disappointing when your appliance doesn't function as it is supposed to and unsolved warranty cannot be resolved. Very frustrating!!

this was included in a home I ordered from a MH manufracture! Didnt use it for sometime then tried it. It does clean the dishes but does not dry them even with the high heat setting.

This was installed in November and has been used a lot since then. I like it okay. It is less expensive than our previous style; understandably, it is not as efficient. Everything is okay except for it's not drying very well. A good bit of water is left. I usually just wipe it out. The previous washer was super but didn't last quite five years, so I decided to go with the less expensive.

I have owned this for 8 months, now the drain pump has failed. Through my warranty it took 2 weeks for a service call. They then ordered part and now it has been 3 weeks to get part and return to install. So 5 weeks to repair is not acceptable.

I bought this Jan 4, 2023. Installed in an apartment, the tenant reported that the unit would not dry the dishes. Apparently this is a common issue as the people on the "help" lines decided that it needed either new heater elements or a control. When I was finally able get the warrant people to come out, he decided it was the control that was faulty. We are still waiting for the part....10 days later.

The tech said it was a switch. Using dishwasher that very night revealed the same issue exists. No hot water and no dry heat. Dishwasher is only 15 months old.

Dishwasher Broke after one year of use. The agitator broke and needed to be replaced. Not that great of the dishwasher. Doesn't dry very well. The Dishwasher came with my new home purchase and would not have been my choice of dishwasher.

Does everything I need at a great price. My last GE dishwasher (DW) had a power board failure and would have cost $450 to repair. For $100 more I got a brand new DW.
No fancy settings (heavy and regular wash only) but has heat dry (optional) and a huge silverware rack. Would definitely buy again.

It came with my new build and as always whirlpool/ Amana products are cheap and never work properly. Customer service is not easy to get an appointment to fix multiple issues.

washes ok, I guess, but the fact that I have to hand-dry every dish that comes out ruins it. Have tried various rinse agents that are supposed to help. Water it certainly hot, heating element seems to be working, but not only is everything dripping wet, no matter what cycle it's run on, it also seems to be near airtight, so they remain dripping wet, even if I open it hours after the cycle finishes, leading me want to open it right away and hand-dry to avoid any mold possibilities.

This dishwasher does not get the dishes clean (have to rewash several after the cycle ends) and the cabinet is still wet at the end of the cycle. Yes, we do select Heated Dry. Have to be on guard for mold. Wish we still had the Whirlpool dishwasher from our old house (purchased in 1996); it did a far better job of washing dishes than this piece of junk does. Will be selling shortly and replacing with a brand that actually washes the dishes.

This dishwasher was in our unit when we moved in as it had been purchased by the
previous owner as a new replacement for the old previous washer. The problem that we are having is that our dishes - which are standard size dinner plates - do not fit into the
slots of the rack because the rack is too narrow. There is overlapping and many times the
dishes are not clean when we remove them after they have gone through the regular
washing cycle.

It doesn™™t dry. Had a technician come out and checked heat source and apparently there where no issues with it. But it still doesn™™t dry. You also have to rinse off all the food before putting in washer - otherwise it doesn™™t clean. I wouldn™™t recommend this dishwasher.

Bought this dishwasher almost a month ago and have done several loads with it. It is very quiet and quick. I have not had any issues with it yet. I also love that the silverware tray is on the bottom tray and removable if needed.

Bought this as an emergency replacement at a very low cost and it is extremely noisy when it runs. Also only has one spray arm, which is on the bottom. Dishes also seem not to dry well as there is no heated setting. Wished we had invested a little more but it will do in a pinch. Just run it while you sleep and can shut the doors off from the kitchen so you do not hear it.

When our dishwasher went out we wanted to replace it with something simple and affordable. This was perfect! It works great and is so much quieter than our old one! I love the filters in the bottom to catch anything that was left on the dishes. I'd definitely pick this again!

We bought this diswasher over a month ago. Requested help, no one ever got back to me. Does not not work correctly. Leaves a lot of condensation on the dihes and dishwasher. Does not dry them. Terrible communication with emails. Doesn't respond. Not to happy.

My previous Dishwasher lasted from 2005 till 2021 then it started on fire. I turned off the power to this machine, pulled it out and made it safe. I immediately started looking for a new Dishwasher. I found this one at Lowes and purchased same with a 3 year insurance coverage. I also had the Dishwasher installed. So far so good.

This dishwasher came with the new home we purchased. It's easy to use, not over complicated with too many options. I love the option to do a 1 hour wash. It's relatively quite as well compared to our old dishwasher.

It doesn't dry and leaves everything spotted. It's not even hot barely warm when done. That doesn't sterilize dishes! Being I just purchased this, it is being replaced with another one. If that works the way this new one does, it will be returned and I will never buy another one!
